Job description
Role: Security Architect - Cybersecurity Architect
Location : Toronto
Fulltime - Onsite
Skills and Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Architect or similar role in an IT environment.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing and security issues related to it; AWS certification preferred.
Familiarity with web-related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and network/web related protocols.
Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.
Experience with CCaaS and SaaS environments.
Design and implement secure cloud architectures and solutions using AWS.
Develop technical roadmaps for future AWS cloud implementations.
Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.
Perform deep analysis and evaluation of our networks and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Develop strategies to handle security incidents and coordinate investigative activities.
Act as a focal point for IT security investigations and direct a full investigation with recommended courses of action.
Prepare comprehensive reports on assessment-based findings, outcomes, and proposals for further system security enhancement.
Understand the complexities of CCaaS and SaaS environments and how to secure them.
