We greatly simplify the TIDES drug development by providing all discovery, CMC development and the entire manufacturing supply chain under one roof.

We are looking for aAssociate Director Marketing Operationswho’ll manage WuXi STA (including WuXi TIDES ) global marketing activities with particular focus on establishing priorities based on key corporate objectives, developing project plans and tracking progress, leading tradeshows and conferences in North America, Europe, and Asia, and partnering with STA’ Content, Business Development and Technical teams to execute social media and digital advertising campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CDMO marketing/business development professionalto play an important role in shaping and implementing the global marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance the company’s brand positioning.

Responsibilities

+ Work with leadership to establish priorities for Marketing and Communications department to align the agenda and activities of the Marketing function

+ Collaborate with STA’s Content, Business Development, Technical Subject Matter Experts teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns

+ Manage marketing projects, including campaign launches and website updates

+ Lead preparation and oversight of participation in numerous tradeshows and conferences in North America, Europe, and Asia

+ Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure we are targeting the right customers and creating competitive market messaging

+ Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics

+ Lead, manage, mentor, and develop staff

+ Prepare and manage monthly dashboard for the Marketing and Communications Department

+ Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the marketing operations function

+ Support marketing budget development and tracking

+ Manage marketing service providers, negotiating contracts and overseeing their performance

+ Travel internationally

Qualifications

Experience / Education

+ 3 + years of experience in marketing or sales roles at a pharmaceutical or technology company,Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization ( CDMO ) experience preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ Highly proficient written and spoken communication skills

+ Proven track of project management experience

+ Certain professional training/experience in business (i.e., Marketing, Sales) is preferred

+ Ability and willingness to travel internationally, particularly to Europe and Asia

Job Location: Remote in USA with up to 25% travel
