Apple Roofing is a leading roofing company dedicated to providing top-notch roof repair and replacement services. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility, promoting our services and driving organic engagement with potential customers.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Create and curate engaging content for roof repair and replacement on various social media platforms (Facebook, Google Business Profiles, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Implement the marketing department’s social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries and comments on all social media channels.
2. Corporate Branding and Compliance:
- Oversee corporate branding initiatives, including designing and ensuring compliance with Truck Wraps, branch signage, trade show materials, etc.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
3. Graphic Design:
- Design and develop sales promotion materials such as brochures, business cards, door hangers, etc.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective and compelling promotional content.
- Create social media graphic content (images, videos, etc.)
4. Videography & Photography Content Management:
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing roof repair and replacement services.
- Post-produce videos and optimize for social media platforms.
5. Apple Corporate Apparel and Vendor Management:
- Manage corporate apparel, including polo shirts, t-shirts, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for fulfillment and quality control.
6. Social Media Review Management:
- Monitor and manage online reviews across various platforms.
- Encourage and facilitate positive customer reviews and address any negative feedback promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant design tools.
- Experience in video content creation and post-production.
- Knowledge of branding principles and corporate identity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in:
- Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat)
- Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Connections, Yammer, etc.
Desired experience in:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
