Job Description:


Immediate opening for a Medical Assistant to join our Providence team that serves the Spokane community! The MAs need to be flexible on location and specialty


Day-to-day responsibilities will include:


Rooming, histories and vitals for 15-20 patients/day
EKGs
Injections
Assisting with procedures (like colposcopy)
Charting using EPIC EMR
Verbal and written communication with patients and medical staff
Provide a high level of customer service
To qualify for this position applicants must:


Have an MA-C or MA-IC through the Department of Health prior to starting
Pass a background check and a drug screen
Be comfortable working with adult patients
Have a proven track record of excellent customer service
cannot have been employed by Providence within last 6 months.
if candidates have worked with Providence in the past, must pass rehire check
