2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Details:
•Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
•Troubleshoot and repair pouch and bag making equipment
•Troubleshoot and repair reroll/slitter, lamination, and bubble roll equipment.
•Perform periodic PM duties as per schedules
•Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
•Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques within an industrial manufacturing setting is required. Background in extrusion a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude in machinery, plumbing, carpentry, hydraulic systems, etc.
•Well versed in industrial electrical settings and familiar with three-phase power
•Experience with HVAC a plus
•Flexibility in scheduling for overtime, including occasional weekends
• High school diploma or GED
