Job Summary:
The Corporate Real Estate Operations group is responsible for day-to-day facilities operations, capital planning, and engineering operations of owned and leased facilities to ensure business is conducted in a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and that the value of Company physical assets is protected and improved, adhering to the highest level of engineering standards.

- Collect large data sets from a variety of internal and external sources, organize data, clean and transform data into needed formats for further analysis (emissions, water, waste). Prepare and maintain templates as needed for data collection and calculations.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control of data, troubleshoot inconsistencies in data or calculations. Assist in completion of internal validation and 3rd party verification of data and calculations.
- Assist with presentations, build informative visual depiction of input data and output calculations. Develop and maintain credibility with a large network of internal partners, conduct regular follow-ups during data collection, validation, verification processes, and support database system development projects. Participate in frequent meetings, communicate status of data collection and calculation activities.
- Provide utility history and insights to internal partners for upcoming projects. Track and report energy/water savings for applicable projects.
- Identify opportunities to track and promote sustainable waste operations across all Corporate sites; lead efforts to design, develop and implement sustainable waste programs for recycling, compost and sustainable materials, etc. with operations and custodial staff.
Here is what you will need to be successful in the role...
- +3 years in Environmental/Data Management and/or Utility Reporting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering and/or related field
It would be a plus if you have these skills…
- Background in sustainable operations
- True Advisor and/or LEED certification
- Experience with Energy Star Portfolio Manager
- Experience in working with municipal utilities

The hiring range for this position in California is $92,800.00 - $124,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
