Account Executive | Compliance Management International (CMI)

As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in our success by:
- Engaging directly with clients to understand and address their goals.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing leads to expand our client base.
- Closing sales successfully and providing ongoing support to existing clients.
- Developing effective sales strategies for business growth.

Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field required.
- Master's degree in business or marketing preferred for career advancement.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in consulting, engineering, or staffing.
- Prior experience in construction, environmental, and safety industry preferred.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Willingness for up to 25% overnight travel and ability to drive within the assigned region.
- Capability to travel to our Lansdale, PA corporate office when needed.
