Federal experience is not required. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below:



BASIC REQUIREMENTS All GRADES: Experience must include Information Technology (IT) related experience that demonstrates each of the following four competencies: 1) Attention to Detail, 2) Customer Service, 3) Oral Communication and 4) Problem Solving.



AND



SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-13: In addition to the basic requirements, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience that demonstrates history of successfully planning, executing, and overseeing Information Technology (IT) projects. This experience should reflect mastery in IT project management, encompassing applications development, data management concepts, agile principles, requirements elicitation, and product lifecycle management. This knowledge is generally demonstrated through assignments leading and coordinating projects, including defining technical requirements, managing project teams, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, expertise in evaluating the effectiveness of IT systems and services, providing technical consultations, and devising innovative solutions to IT challenges.

If qualified, you will be assigned to one of two quality level categories, CAT A/B, CAT C depending on your responses to the online questions, regarding your experience, education, and training related to this position.
