Overview
Provides assistance to attorneys representing PPL Corporation and its subsidiaries on various transactions, including contracts and mergers and acquisitions, advertising review and other intellectual property matters, and federal and state grants. This assistance could also include support before courts and regulatory agencies. General duties include, but are not limited to, contract review (including technology, construction, engineering and miscellaneous agreements), due diligence review and summary, maintaining Company contract templates and other documents, legal research, fact investigation, preparation of draft legal documents, correspondences, memorandum, agenda, and slides, and assisting attorneys in mitigating legal risk exposure to PPL Corporation and its subsidiaries by ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This position focuses primarily on supporting one or two practice areas, but should have the ability to work across a broad range of areas.
Responsibilities
This position may be hired a the Paralegal, Staff Paralegal or Senior Paralegal level. Additional responsibilities may be required for higher levels of the position.

Assists in preparing agenda, minutes, summaries, and slides for meetings.
Perform legal research and prepare memoranda of findings.

Provideassistanceinadministrativeandfinancialfunctions.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications and databases, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms
Effective interpersonal skills
