Role : Administrative Assistant
Location : Cape May, NJ
Job Type : Full Time, On-Site, Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $30/hour

An Addison Group client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in their Cape May, NJ location!
Job Responsibilities:
- Working on office administrative tasks
- Assisting with proposal and report writing
- Editing, formatting and editing documents
- Requesting certificates of insurance where applicable
- Taking notes during internal meeting
- Planning, ordering, and setting up business lunches
- Scheduling meetings
- Handling mail, UPS, and package deliveries to the office
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Answering phones and fielding them to the appropriate point of contact
- Answering the door and greeting visitors
- Processing check requests and entering invoices
- Assisting Leadership and Admin staff as needed
- Assisting the Office Director with onboarding new hires and relayed tasks
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience required
- Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma is required
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Engineering industry
- Intent to receive a Notary Public registration within the first 2 months
