A day in the life of our Mobile Service Scheduler will look like:
- Scheduling service appointments for customers via phone, email and text
- Picking up customer vehicles for service appointments and re-delivering vehicles upon completion
- Utilizing our CRM system to coordinate, schedule and track appointments
- Creating marketing campaigns, email blasts, and managing social media accounts
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to mutli-task and adapt to changes
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Strong computer and phone skills
- A positive attitude
