POSITION – Project Manager
LOCATION – On-Site at JFK Airport T1
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: - We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5-10 years of progressive work experience for miscellaneous Metal/Stairs repairs and/or replacements at JFK Airport in Queens, NY.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in progressively more responsible positions in the development and delivery of A/E/C projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of capital projects, including the monitoring and reporting of cost forecasts against budgets and the management of project schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
PAY RATE: $60.00-$65.00/Hourly Salary (depending on education and experience)
