Consultant Pay rate: $40 /hr on w2 (All Inclusive)
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health Health Education Community Health or related field.
Strong understanding of public health principles theories and evidencebased practices.
Experience in program planning implementation and evaluation within a public health or community setting.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills including the ability to effectively communicate complex health information to diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
Knowledge of health behavior theories and behavior change strategies.
Experience with community engagement outreach and partnership development.
Commitment to health equity and cultural competence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES).
Experience working with underserved populations and addressing health disparities.
Bilingual proficiency in languages commonly spoken within various communities (e.g. Spanish Arabic Kurdish)
Intermediate proficiency in Research Electronic Database Capture (REDCap) with experience in survey creation sending surveys/communication through alerts and creating and utilizing report functionality.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canva with experience creating multiple work products (i.e. flyers onepagers posters).
