Position : Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Location : 34400 Mission Blvd, Union City, CA 94587
Shift : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours : 40 hours per week with weekend rotation
Salary : $30-$40/hr

Job Summary:
Masonic Homes of California, a beautiful continuing care retirement community, is seeking a dedicated OTA to provide quality care across a full spectrum of services. This position offers the opportunity to work within a stunning 267-acre campus setting that serves a vibrant community of about 300 residents.

Qualifications:

• OTA certification and eligibility to work in California
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, or post-surgical rehabilitation is a plus
• Commitment to enhancing resident quality of life

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing therapeutic care and rehabilitation services
• Work in various care settings, including SNF, ALF, and ILF
• Support a team dedicated to exceptional care and resident wellness
