Demand Generation Leader

About the Role

Trianz is looking for a Demand Gen Leader. This pivotal role focuses on creating and executing field marketing strategies to drive lead generation and bolster our presence in key markets through close collaboration with AWS sales teams, event management, targeted inside sales campaigns, and other effective marketing tactics.    

Job Responsibilities

·Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop the overall demand generation strategy, setting clear objectives and KPIs to measure success.

Lead from the front in executing campaigns, demonstrating a willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of demand generation.

·Campaign and Initiative Leadership:

Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns focusing on AWS channel to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

Collaborate closely with AWS sales teams to identify opportunities and tailor campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

·Event and Conference Management:

Plan and execute participation in key industry events and conferences, ensuring our brand presence is impactful and generates leads.

Organize webinars and workshops in collaboration with hyperscalers to educate potential clients on cloud technologies and our service offerings.

·Inside Sales Team Coordination:

Work closely with the inside sales team to develop and implement campaign strategies that support lead generation goals.

Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies in real-time to maximize results.

·Relationship Building:

Foster and maintain strong relationships with AWS sales teams, industry partners, and potential clients.

Utilize exceptional communication skills to negotiate and persuade, ensuring alignment and commitment from partners.

Mandatory Skills

·A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation or related fields, specifically within a B2B technology services environment.

·Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, particularly through hyperscaler channels.

·Deep understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

·Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·A proactive and driven individual with a pleasant personality, capable of building lasting relationships with partners and clients.  

Optional Skills

·Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

·Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance data.

·Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

·Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate team members to achieve excellence.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.   

Required Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation or related fields, specifically within a B2B technology services environment.

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime Hiring.

Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between $110,000 to $125,000 USD. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Trianz also offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, 401(k) with Company matching, unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, and professional development assistance.
