Responsibilities:
- Servicing and installing HVAC Geothermal equipment is valuable
- Excellent customer service, and ability to troubleshoot, installing & repairing water & heat pumps & Green Energy equipment to make and keep customers happy.
- Experience in Controls, VAV & VRF is a plus
- Experienced, Commercial HVAC Service Tech needed to troubleshoot & repair Commercial Heating and Cooling systems like VAV, VRF systems, and Self-contained units. Chillers, boilers, RTUs up to 100 tons, and exhaust fans
- Providing excellent customer service, and troubleshooting, problem-solving, diagnosing and replacement recommendations for refrigeration and heating systems
- Geothermal Systems and Lead Tech experience is a plus
- Screw Chillers, Low Temp Refrigeration walk-in coolers/freezers
- Maintaining a service schedule, PM & repair & assist in changeouts of Commercial, Rooftop packages ranging from 5-30 Tons and split systems,
- Troubleshoot and maintain package units, Air handlers, cooling towers, Boilers and hot Water Tanks, exhaust systems, split & mini split systems, furnaces
- Understanding of Low voltage Electrical wiring is helpful
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience current driver's license
- Maine Gas License with Appliance Service Endorsement
- Journeyman Oil 1 & 2 up to 15 GPH License - preferred not required
- Electrical controls knowledge is a plus
- Experience with green energy or geothermal water-to-water heat pumps, or water-to-air heat pump
- Ability, to climb, stand, walk & lift up to 75 lbs, and access construction sites
- Understand and read schematic drawings, engineering, and building plan
- Universal EPA certification required (NH Gas, MA Gas, MA Sheet Metal preferred)
- Highschool diploma or GED
