SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex telecommunications and SaaS projects, from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies in the telecommunications and SaaS domains.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications and SaaS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, sales, and customer support, to drive project success.
• Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates, and address issues or risks proactively.
• Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering telecommunications and SaaS projects.
• Deep knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including VoIP, UCaaS, and networking protocols.
• Strong understanding of SaaS principles and practices, with experience working on cloud-based software solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is a plus.
