**Remote Client Relationship Concierge**

We are in search of a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a **Remote Client Relationship Concierge**. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in initiating new client engagements and fostering strong relationships with our valued clientele. **Compensation:**
$40,000 - $100,000 annually

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to promote our high-end legal services, understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, acting as a brand ambassador for our services.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Provide prompt and exemplary customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts, emphasizing the unique value proposition of our legal services.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our firm's reach and establish connections with potential clients.
- Stay updated on legal regulations, industry trends, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Assist with marketing activities as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development.
- Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with diverse clients.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
