Position: Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to front-line associates to ensure our customers have a memorable experience.
- Lead operations for the retail location, including managing associates, cash, inventory, safety, and store appearance.

What you'll do:
- Motivate and lead associates, ensuring high productivity and world-class customer service.
- Respond quickly to customer complaints and warranty issues, ensuring excellent service.
- Manage work orders and job assignments, ensuring timely completion.
- Train associates on installation techniques and procedures, maintenance, and required documentation.
- Monitor productivity, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.
What you'll need:
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments, automotive experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Comfort working in various weather conditions.
- Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs., work at elevated heights, and remain on feet for extended periods.
