$24/hr

 

The Accounting Associate reports to the Business Manager of Seven Hills Pediatric Center and is responsible for maintaining personal needs accounts for residents and balance bank statements. Work is performed with a high degree of independence under the direct supervision of the Business Manager.

Summarizes and prepares various monthly recurring general ledger entries.
Prepares all required account reconciliations.
Assists in the management of cash flow and daily cash summaries.
Prepares various reports as needed or directed by the AVP/Controller, CFO, or Senior Vice President/COO.
Assists in budget preparation and other special projects.
Prepares various reports as required by the Massachusetts State Lottery.
Assists in the management of fixed assets.
Assists in work paper preparation for independent audit.
Assist in the preparation of annual federal and state tax filings.
Perform monthly financial statement analysis.
Assist with payroll analysis compared to budget.
Perform audits of client/house funds.
