Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing our financial activities and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reports. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to forecast future growth opportunities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and shareholder reports.
- Regularly assess sales and profit projections, making necessary adjustments to budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the executive team to enhance our planning processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analyses of our operations to optimize efficiency and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop long-term strategies based on economic trends and market dynamics.
- Explore potential expansion into new product areas and oversee investment activities.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor the Accounting and Billing departments, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to financial policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Competencies:

- Strong management and leadership skills, with a focus on building cohesive teams.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required Education and Experience:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.

Pay: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
