Job description
The Emergency Department at Inova's Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for an experienced ED Registered Nurse for a Full Time Mid shift position. Mid Shift; 3 pm to 3 am with weekend rotation.

*This position eligible for the Emergency Fellowship for Experienced Nurses looking to change specialties. (Strongly prefer RNs with at least one year in critical care like Med/Surg Tele; PCU or IMCU).

As an Inova Nurse you will:
*Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
*Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
*Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
*Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
*will consider experienced nurses requiring the Emergency fellowship; should have 1-2 years RN experience to include critical care experience.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of twelve months of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date.
RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
