About the Job:

Working knowledge Medical Insurance Benefits and of the Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable process. Detail oriented. Positive attitude, solid organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi task. An effective communicator, including over the phone. A team player, interact productively with other team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently.
• Contact insurance carriers to collect past due amounts or develop a plan to resolve the account.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date aging report of assigned accounts to include AR analysis and follow-up.
• Interface with Billing Supervisor in communicating and resolving difficult AR issues.
• Printing, copying, and scanning of medical records requested by insurance carriers.

Hours :

• The ideal candidate is available to work Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.
