About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Developer to join our North American team, taking on a crucial role in both enhancing and expanding our strategic partnership with Microsoft, as well as supporting marketing efforts and collaborating with the sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends and data, identifying growth opportunities, and playing a key role in the development and execution of initiatives that strengthen the collaboration between our company and Microsoft.
Additionally, they will provide valuable insights to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and sales initiatives, making a significant impact on our overall business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for business growth.
Analyze consumer behavior, industry dynamics, and market trends to provide actionable insights for marketing and sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine lead-generation strategies.
Evaluate and qualify leads through data analysis and ensure alignment with target customer profiles.
Provide timely and accurate information to the sales team for effective prospect engagement.
Relationship Support:
Assist in managing day-to-day interactions with Microsoft, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data that supports the ongoing development of the partnership.
Support the development of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to the partnership's success.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance business outcomes.
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft's priorities and optimize joint go-to-market strategies.
Strategic Planning Assistance:
Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to optimize the partnership's value.
Contribute to the identification and prioritization of strategic initiatives aligned with the goals of both organizations.
Support the preparation of materials for strategic discussions and planning sessions.
Communication and Collaboration:
Support effective communication with Microsoft counterparts, conveying the value proposition of our products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Microsoft's strategies.
Assist in coordinating and participating in business reviews and planning sessions.
Sales and Marketing Alignment :
Work closely with the sales team to understand their goals and objectives.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategies.
Assist in the development of sales collateral and support materials.
Campaign Effectiveness Analysis:
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and reporting.
Provide insights on key performance indicators, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on performance analysis.
Market Segmentation and Targeting:
Assist in identifying and profiling target market segments.
Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor messaging and campaigns to specific audience segments.
Provide recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies based on market analysis.
