Full-time master's degree or above in law or other related diploma;
Minimum 1 year progressive working experience in securities companies and other financial institutions, cryptocurrency industry is preferred;
Demonstrated ability to apply regulatory knowledge to provide effective solutions to business in mitigating compliance risks;
Proven track record of successfully managing regulators and regulatory inspections;
Skilled in providing pragmatic advice to business on regulatory and compliance matters;
Ability in developing sound policies to convey regulatory requirements to operations and functions and assist in the development of standard operating procedures;
Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken) and impeccable interpersonal skills, Cantonese is a plus. Description:
Acts as the primary contact and person-in-charge for the group‘s regulatory reporting and regulatory information requests;
Monitor cryptocurrency related global regulatory reporting processes;
Maintains expert knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations and license conditions pertaining to regulatory reporting;
Continuously monitors and updates global policies and processes to comply with changes in regulatory reporting requirements; and
Works across key internal functions to ensure consistency, transparency and efficiency around regulatory reporting and communications;
Develop relationships with relevant regulatory authorities;
Support the company risk management framework in testing/monitoring/reporting and oversee remediation progress of compliance issues;
Provide compliance support in managing internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Conduct company-wide training on risk&compliance matters on a regular basis;
Provide legal support to business, conduct contract negotiation and review activities.
