Job description
Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Reporting to: Financial Advisors
Key Function: Assist advisors with client communication, data collection and reporting, budget tracking, marketing opportunities and basic organization and administrative tasks needed for the office. Individual must possess excellent people skills, demonstrate teamwork, and always represent Modern Woodmen and the Denney Agency in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and communicate with clients as needed
- Contact all clients annually
- Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses including co-op reimbursements
- Run needed CRM queries for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
- Maintain pamphlet and marketing material for correct quantities and revisions
- Maintain advisors’ calendar of scheduled appointments
- Research and identify opportunities for marketing and assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials
- Promote and track activities of advisors’ fraternal chapters and youth service clubs
- Ensure effective monitoring and reporting of client acquisitions and corresponding details
- Update CRM with all client communication and information and keep a clean dashboard
- Maintain advisors’ sales blotters
- Manage mailings such as birthday cards, post cards, reminders etc.
- Assist representative with forms, applications and other paperwork as needed
- Other duties as assigned
