- Responsible for the execution and implementation of organizational development initiatives for Cooper University Health Care.
- Develops and implements talent management systems and structures including the assessment and development of leadership talent, identification of talent strengths and development opportunities, succession planning and identification and development of high potentials & future leadership.
- Drives the organizational engagement strategy, partnering with key stakeholders to customize approaches as needed.
- Assumes responsibility for Cooper’s Operating Calendar.
- Leads the Cooper Academy for Learning and Innovation
- Assures that rewards and recognition programs are designed and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Designs and establishes benchmarks that measure the impact and effectiveness of organizational development programs on the organization’s overall performance.
- Connects leader and staff development to workforce planning analytics and key stakeholders to develop the talent pipelines of the future.
- Oversees the operations of the Cooper Conference Center.
- Partners with the HR Business Partner team on departmental OD interventions
- Possess a great mix of project management, classroom standup skills and solid experience in relationship management with clients in a highly complex academic medicine environment.
- Facilitates large scale change initiatives in support of Cooper’s strategic goals.
A minimum of 10 years , progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years experience in Organizational Development and leadership roles.
Must have a proven track record in developing and managing programs/processes to develop leaders and driving organizational culture
Bachelor Degree required. MBA, MS OR MA preferred
Certification preferred in at least two organizational development programs or assessment tools such as MBTI, Crucial Conversations, Emotional Intelligence, 360 degree feedback, HBDI, GDQ
