Dynamic Group is a premier injection mold manufacturer and molder located in the northwest suburbs. We have an immediate opening for a Toolmaker at our Coon Rapids location! Responsibilities:
- Interpretation of Manufacturing Plans, Prints, and/or electronic data
- Conversational & CAM Programming
- Set-up & Operation of various CNC Milling, Turning, Wire EDM, and Sinker EDM, and manual machines
- Perform & Document all necessary inspections to assure quality expectations
- Troubleshoot part quality and/or machine performance issues
- Communicate & Document changes to established programs or standards
- Conduct routine Preventive Maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology or 5+ years related experience
- 2+ years experience in Injection Mold Making, or equivalent precision custom manufacturing operation
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Good communication and follow up skills
- Ability to make discretionary decisions regarding efficient use of time and equipment
- Ability to process multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail in pursuit of 1st time quality results
