As a Service Desk Support Intern, you will assist with IT – related requests and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person for all customer tools and solutions.

What it takes:
Current pursuit of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with Windows Operating Systems and Apple technologies (desired)
Must be able to work on-site in Brownsville, WI and providing own housing if not local
