Looking to bring on a Customer Service Manager!

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including leading the team to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals through leadership and training. Overall responsibilities include performance measurements, monitoring, coaching, and training in order to maximize production and sales revenue in a rapidly growing environment.

Software: Microsoft suite, chrome, “Lexicon” internal software they’d need to be trained on. Salesforce.com, policy-tech for online document sharing.

Comp : $80K -$85K base DOE, + 10% bonus depending on various factors.
