Looking to bring on a Customer Service Manager!
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including leading the team to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals through leadership and training. Overall responsibilities include performance measurements, monitoring, coaching, and training in order to maximize production and sales revenue in a rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities - Leads and develops a team of Coordinators
- Continuously develops talent by creating opportunities for direct reports to grow and strengthen new skills
- Monitors the work of team members to ensure SLAs are met and quality goals are achieved
- Enable a high-performing team by providing excellent coaching and actionable feedback
- Executes on near-term goals while moving towards a long-term vision
- Influences stakeholders across the company to develop scalable solutions to prevent issues
- Promotes and advocates business unit goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with broader corporate goals
- Monitor phone calls for coaching, training, and quality assurance
- Develop partnership with internal & external departments
- Work closely with dedicated sales region to achieve goals and build effective relationships through 1:1s and daily communication
- Think outside the box and willingly offer suggestions on improving quality, workflow, and current policies and procedures
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of Management experience
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to coach, motivate and teach others through training and constructive feedback
- Effectively operate at a fast pace with aptitude to balance multiple priorities
Software: Microsoft suite, chrome, “Lexicon” internal software they’d need to be trained on. Salesforce.com, policy-tech for online document sharing.
Comp : $80K -$85K base DOE, + 10% bonus depending on various factors.
