Job Description
The Retail Marketing Coordinator will support the Retail Marketing team with all marketing initiatives for Vuori’s retail fleet, including current and new store openings in the U.S. and internationally. This role will assist in the creative intake process for seasonal flips, cause marketing initiatives, V1 Community program enhancements, in-store promotions planning, new store opening strategies, retail event activations, management of store promo and marketing collateral, and marketing communications to all stores. This role has an opportunity to work cross functionally with a variety of other marketing channels and teams–retail partners, organic social, paid media, influencer, visual merchandise, the retail community team and more.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all Vuori retail shopping center and property management relationships, and determine additional marketing support through localized channels—including OOH, social, events, email and more
- Develop monthly marketing toolkits outlining upcoming Vuori product drops, storytelling opportunities, creative assets, imagery, messaging and more to educate external marketing partners
- Support and lead cause marketing initiatives and events for the retail fleet—including U.S. and international locations
- Determine and identify like-minded partners for large retail marketing event initiatives—managing relationships, developing and executing event plans, and more
- Support V1 Community team with events, ambassador programs, retail communications, and program updates
- Lead all seasonal flip and in-store promotions for international retail fleet, including the creative briefs for table callouts, window messaging, imagery, event signage, product callouts, event emails, etc.
- Manage all in-store marketing collateral—from placing the orders and tracking inventory of signage to shipping and tracking deliveries of items to stores
- Support retail marketing team in managing store and cross functional team communications—anything related to events, visuals, marketing collateral, allocations, editorial calendar, product, and more
- Review and approve store level events, while identifying which store-level events should receive additional marketing support in the U.S. and internationally
- Manage event listings, RSVP forms, event giveaways, event waivers, product promo, event swag, and more to support retail marketing events, product drops, and more
- Develop event marketing strategies and retail marketing initiatives that follow Vuori’s marketing editorial calendar to increase brand awareness in the community, foot traffic to stores, and event attendance for U.S. and international locations
- Monitor and update community marketing toolkits, event resources, and all calendar plans
- Support Retail Marketing team in building and monitoring work back timelines for seasonal flips, editorial stories, window displays and more to keep cross functional teams on track
- Plan and attend in-store events and activations, as well as new store opening events when needed
- Manage new store opening RSVP lists, product promo, party vendors, invites, timelines, and photographers
- Organize retail marketing inventory at off-site/warehouse location
- Organize, pack and ship retail marketing collateral and event materials for all retail stores–including new store opening and current fleet in the U.S. and internationally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, event management or related field
- 2-4 years of retail, marketing, communications and/or event planning experience–a combination of two or more is a plus
