That’s where you come in! In this role, the Key Account Manager for Amazon will build and maintain strong partnerships with Amazon and drive sales and revenue growth through this key account. This position will require a deep understanding of Amazon's business model and a strategic approach to leverage opportunities and address challenges. What You'll Do: Directly manage the Amazon/WOTC relationship in North America. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with Amazon's key Vendor Management team members: the Instock Manager, Vendor Manager, and the SAS. Understand Amazon's business objectives and align our products/services for mutual benefit while always keeping the fan experience as our North Star. Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, addressing concerns, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain forecast and budget. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Amazon's strategies, competitor activity, and fan preferences. Analyze data and market insights to develop and adjust sales and marketing efforts to identify and meet customer needs. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager, working with Amazon and other E-commerce accounts. Experience navigating Amazon's backend system, Vendor Central. Experience should include ASIN set-up, analyzing reports, and Andon cord resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a desire for detail and grammar. Experience using SAP, Tableau, and SharePoint. Passion for creating the best possible shopping experience for fans of Magic and D&D. Experience setting up and driving successful promotions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Seller Central.
