Our client, a leading provider of youth wellness programs and resources has an exciting and rare opportunity for a Marketing Director to join their Salem, OR based team. Reporting to the COO and the CMO, the Marketing Director will have a direct impact on the success of the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Develop and implement company marketing strategies
- Coordinate development of marketing materials
- Create quarterly marketing reports
- Ensure pipelines and leads are maintained and actioned
- Collaborate with senior and site leadership to drive volume and margin
- Work closely with and support site leadership
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Results oriented midest
- Strong understanding of or marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to drive change through collaboration and relationship building
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
