Position: Agile Coach

Location: Iselin, NJ

Type : Contract

Responsibilities:

10+ years of experience as an agile coach in large-enterprise environments.

At least five years of experience operating in a global role across multiple markets and geographies.

At least five years of experience coaching marketing organizations on their adoption of agile methods.

Experience coaching up and down organizations, including leadership teams, executives, line managers, delivery teams and individuals.

Demonstrated experience in facilitation and training.

Coaching certifications (e.g., CTI, ICF) strongly preferred.

Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Alliance, SAFe) preferred.
