As an intern you’ll participate in the Be the Legacy Program. Only offered by Lamp Rynearson this program brings practical work experience within the engineering field and built environment. Offering students, the chance to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world situations, providing a bridge between academic learning and professional practice. Our hands-on learning experience will develop essential skills, build a professional network, and provide insights into your chosen career path. Come intern with us at our Fort Collins’ office! Many of our interns enjoy their time at Lamp Rynearson so much they become full-time employees.
What you need:
• Current engineering student at an accredited college or university in a civil, or environmental.
• A collaborative spirit to partner with a team that fosters inclusion and empowers professionals to bring their best daily.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Ability to present your ideas through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for the details.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
You bring to the team:
• Engineering expertise, curiosity, and sense of purpose.
• Minimum of 2 years completed toward degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of an industry professional or Project Manager.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Care for the details.
• Passion for infrastructure projects.
• Problem-solving, solution-oriented thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
