Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone); Office Preference: Atlanta
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our Customer Success Organization (CSO). The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and operations of new and existing programs within our corporate environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation or operations of new and/or existing programs within a corporate environment.
- Manage program deliverables with a continuous focus on improvement.
- Ensure program alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
- Develop and execute change management strategies as necessary.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Employ effective project management techniques to drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead efforts involving organizational change.

Team Structure Information:
- Team Size: CSO comprises approximately 115 individuals, with the Implementation Services team consisting of approximately 15 members.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: The role entails working closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and CS teams to ensure smooth customer migrations and address any roadblocks promptly.
- Main Areas of Focus: Implementation Services, Customer Success, Professional Services, Business Intelligence, and Customer Experience.
- Business Unit: Customer Success Organization
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management.
- Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Remote work is acceptable; however, preference for candidates within the EST time zone.
- Office preference would be Atlanta (JVW or OAC) due to proximity to key resources.
