Job description
We are hiring a Project Coordinator for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.
Job Description:
- Assist with the Data Modernization project creating project artifacts, including technical documentation for data migration for multiple modernization efforts
- Risks and Issues Tracking and analysis of Lessons Learned
- Create and update Project Management templates
- Review Systems Architecture Review documents/ follow up to ensure action items are completed
- Maintain the Project Tactical Planning documentation
- Maintain the repository of Project Status Report and Dashboards
- Trend Analysis from Project Status Reports and Dashboards
- Create Reports and tables for Project Dashboards
- Assist with the project procurement process y reviewing Statements of Work, Requests for Information/Quotation/Proposals.
Skills required:
- Project Management, communication, both verbal and written, MS Office, Multi-tasking.
- Analysis, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office, Skilled in Excel, Strong attention to detail, Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
Desired Skills:
- Risk and Issues analysis.
Experience required:
- 2 + years in project management or Master's degree
- Knowledge of Project Management.
Education Required:
Work hours:
- 8:00 am 4:30 pm,
- Lunch: 12:00 pm 12:30 pm
