Cash Compensation
An hourly pay of $15.00.
All regular full time benefits apply in accordance to the Germain Motor Company Employee Handbook.
Pay period dates and changes will be determined by Germain Lincoln Management. This pay plan is subject to change and is not a contract for employment. Any payroll discrepancies will be resolved by the Service Manager and/or the Service Director.
