Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range: Administrative/Professional/Technical (APT) Range 9: $65,599-96,374 (Negotiable based on experience)

Contract Length/ Days: (2023-2024/260 Days)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: This position is responsible for the operational oversight of school kitchens throughout Greeley-Evans Weld County School District 6 (including Charter Schools). Responsibilities include: employee training, supervision and evaluation; implementation of USDA regulations, departmental and food safety practices; interviewing and hiring; monitoring of kitchen profit and loss and production levels; and overall general support of kitchens and staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities : This position oversees employees working in approximately 10-15 school kitchens.

Work Environment/ Physical Demands: Lower body strength to stand and walk throughout the day. Upper body strength to lift and carry 30 pounds more than 50 feet throughout the work day. Ability to team lift up to 50. Visual, auditory, and ambulatory acuity

Travel: Local travel between sites is required. Occasional travel to professional development events will be required. Mileage stipend provided.
