THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

As a FEPI Case Manager, your role is pivotal in supporting individuals and families in their mental health journey. Actively participating in interdisciplinary teams and treatment meetings, you'll visit client homes and be visible in the community based on individual needs. Your commitment to maintaining involvement in various systems ensures a holistic approach to care. Ensuring timely documentation and meeting productivity standards, you'll play a crucial role in the implementation of the Coordinated Specialty Care model. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relative behavioral health field

Having a bachelor's degree in social work is a plus! Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults with serious mental illness is strongly encouraged but not a requirement.
