The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Project Manager to join the T eam!
Since 1955, the hotel has hosted memorable moments etched in history from dazzling red-carpet events to celebrity galas and we want you to be a part of the team who combines the excitement and entertainment of Hollywood with the prestige of Beverly Hills.
This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?
As project manager, your role is designed to support the hotel’s redevelopment by coordinating processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be a key team member involved in the project’s organization and timeline ensuring the continuity of day-to-day hotel operations during the construction period.
Plans, schedules and implements major capital projects, maintenance projects, property rehabilitation/renovations and assigned special projects. Develops work scope, solicits vendor bids, reviews construction drawings, supervises contractors and hotel team members in completion of project. Manages capital expenditures and project budget.

Salary Range : The annual salary range for this role is $126,000 - $131,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
