**Position: Real Estate Buyer**

**Location: Warner Robins, GA (Ideal candidate residing in Houston County, GA)**

**Role Overview**

As a Real Estate Buyer with our team, you will be instrumental in engaging warm, qualified leads through meaningful and structured conversations, ultimately resulting in successful property acquisitions. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to deeply understand the needs of potential buyers and skillfully craft solutions that benefit both the client and our company.

**Compensation Package**

- $2500 monthly draw, complemented by competitive commissions and bonuses
- Anticipated annual compensation ranging from $60,000 to $72,000

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct frequent and impactful sales calls
- Nurture leads through effective communication
- Attend and manage sales appointments
- Track and analyze relevant metrics
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives
- Document all communications in an organized manner
