Proven in a variety of construction types and project sizes, the Senior Project Superintendent has vast expertise leading projects in the field. Maintaining and fostering connections with the whole project building team, this function takes accountability for site safety, quality, productivity, and subcontractor and supplier scheduling.- Understand general conditions budget; ensure financial success of the project by maintaining and/or reducing costs
- Safety requirements including conducting inspections and orientations, identifying and resolving hazards and communicating safety plans
- Acts as ultimate decision maker for jobsite issues
- Drives execution of work on-site while ensuring quality standards and contract documents are followed, maintains project schedule
- Works collaboratively with all building partners including owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Completes all daily, weekly and monthly diaries and reports
- Attend owner meetings
- Promote growth and development of the Client
- Obtain all necessary governmental agency and utility company's approvals, permits and inspections
- Prepare, manage and complete punchlist and closeout documents
- Represents the Company with union labor, site visitors, entire building team
OSHA 30 Hour (or advanced)
CPR/AED/BBP and First Aid training
15+ years jobsite management experience
