Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Onsite first 90 days then hybrid - Providence, RI
Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 Annual Base Salary, 2 weeks PTO, 5 days Sick, Paid holidays off; Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits, 401K with matching after 1 year employment
Requirements: 3+ years with Personal Injury, Litigation, Rhode Island Bar License

We are looking for an experienced PI Attorney to join our fast-growing legal team. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Personal Injury, Litigation, Serious Injury, and Medical Malpractice law. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills and be able to take initiative with minimal supervision but also work well in a collaborative environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Our current firm has 15 total Attorneys (11 in PI and 4 in Social Security). We have lots of growth opportunities - we recently promoted 4 people to Partners after working with us for over 5 years!

What You Will Be Doing

- Personal injury and Medical malpractice cases
- Working with clients
- Prepping demands and negotiating resolutions for clients
- Attend and advocate for clients at depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial
- Apply legal principles in motion practice and litigations
- Attend weekly meetings with the team to evaluate and discuss the advancement of injury and malpractice cases
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys in litigating complex medical negligence and serious injury cases

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years experience as an Associate or Attorney
- Personal Injury
- Litigation
- Medical Malpractice
- Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island
