**Please note that this is a work from home position with up to 50% travel: USA and possible international**

With locations around the world, we are a well-respected and growing manufacturer looking to add to our growing thermal sales team. The ideal candidate should have a technical sales background including experience selling in the materials field to key original equipment manufacturers (OEM's). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to nurture and grow existing key accounts. You'll be responsible for developing a strategic sales plan for key accounts, developing a pipeline of business within those accounts, and driving relationships with those customers.

**We have two openings for the thermal sales team! One is remote and required to go onsite for meetings. The second is for a Technical Sales Manager role that needs to be onsite in Livermore when they are not traveling.**

What You Will Be Doing

- Determines customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Interface with stakeholders, including clients, business development and engineering colleagues on customer requirements.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications, requirements, and appraising new product ideas.
- Responsible for new business development, creating brand building strategies and identification of potential market segments.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, understanding pricing requirements, detailing the market potential, and proposing sales options.
- Identifies the need for new products. Works with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D to assist in new product development initiatives targeted to the needs of the key account(s).

5+ years of experience in the following:

- Semiconductor Manufacturing Sales
- Key Accounts

- Business Development
- Account Management
- Technical Sales

- Remote - travel to Livermore/San Jose
- Engineering experience (interpret mechanical drawings)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical customers
