The Ad Platforms team is responsible for building and operating the technology that supports Disney’s industry-leading, multi-billion dollar global advertising business. Working across all of Disney’s streaming brands and linear channels, this team’s scope is wide ranging - they impact everything from core infrastructure development that powers Disney’s proprietary ad server, to reimagining viewer-first ad experiences and formats. This team’s award-winning, in-house built technologies are the backbone of Disney’s ad business and a critical element of the Company’s streaming future.
Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager I - CRM within the Ad Platform technology team at DE&E, you will be a part of the team redefining Addressable & Cross Media advertising. You will be responsible for executing a strategic product roadmap, defining business and technical requirements consumable for engineering, and driving execution to establish the platform’s future. The right person for this role can identify business value, solve complex problems, articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, document concise presentation materials and ultimately drive key results. Experience with Salesforce or related CRM software is required. Experience with extended CRM products offering customer insights is a plus. Responsibilities
Execute the product vision, product strategy and roadmap for the Disney Advertising Sales CRM platform
Analyze, document, and organize platform requirements into a clear and actionable product backlog that delivers prioritized incremental business value throughout the product development lifecycle
Prepare concise presentation materials that outline ongoing product strategy and deliverables for business and technical team communications
Partner with peer Product Managers, Architecture, Engineering, QA and Program Management to identify, evaluate and implement strategic technical solutions
Provide product oversight and insights to ensure a consistent experience of user controls, data definitions, business logic and product aesthetics
Evaluate and recommend product innovations and enhancements that drive business value and maximize the ROI for the product(s) you manage
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and execute product release strategies with end users, technology leads and fellow Product Managers
Collaborate with product leadership to enumerate and identify clear business KPIs for setting annualized objectives to meet business and product goals
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in CRM and/or related advertising technology
Experience with products such as Pardot, Marketing cloud or related customer insight solutions
Effectively communicates complex information with internal and external contacts at a variety of organizational levels
Maintains a deep empathy for business users, and wants to creatively solve problems with a user-first mentality
Proven understanding of systems architecture, design, and implementation
Previous experience working with Salesforce or related CRM products
Experience in JIRA agile project management and software development
Be flexible, adaptable and a team-player
Strong analytical skills a must
Strong PowerPoint skills are beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certification/s
Interest and/or experience with AI technology a plus

The hiring range for this position in New York, New York is $142,600 to $191,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job tags
