School-based Social Worker

AnthroMed Education is an expanding organization devoted to providing a unique experience for our team of school-based social workers as they provide their services to students. With our local roots in Chicago, it is evident that our ability to support our team of social workers makes us stand out significantly from other organizations.

Currently, we are looking to add a full-time Social Worker to our team who will support Elementary students in our partnering school for the 2023-24 school year.

Location: Waukegan, IL 60085

Job Details

• Provide services to a caseload of Elementary students (K - 4th Grade students)
• Follow, assess, and update 504/ IEP plans individually for each student
• Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, students, and families
• Work a full-time position on Monday-Friday with hours from 8 am - 4 pm 
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work (Required)
• IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work (Required)
• Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
