Summary:
Join our team as an Integrations Analyst and Developer, a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of data between systems. As part analyst and part developer, you'll be at the forefront of managing integrations across our core platforms, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Crafting Functional and Technical design documents for various logistical processes and teams.
Communicating designs and solutions effectively across different audiences to bridge technical solutions with business initiatives.
Cultivating strong relationships with third-party integration partners to ensure quality-driven value.
Managing and maintaining integration mappings and processes, including testing and troubleshooting across middleware tools, azure app services, and various technical landscapes.
Collaborating with data services and operations teams to propose solutions and reduce integration data errors.
Designing, developing, and maintaining middleware business processes, including process orchestrations.
Implementing various EDI-based transactions, including customer onboarding and file or API integrations.
Establishing effective process monitoring and reporting with IT and Business Intelligence teams to meet integration and data quality SLAs.
Representing our company externally in customer onboarding and third-party integration project discussions.
Designing and implementing web API security standards like OAuth, mutual authentication, and basic authentication.
Developing various B2B solutions across multiple channels.
Required Skills/Experience:
Familiarity with file types such as EDI X12, JSON, XML.
Minimum of 3 years of technical EDI development experience, including onboarding, mapping, and testing in a direct-connected environment.
At least 2 years of business analysis experience in API web services and web application integrations.
Proficiency with Azure web/app services, including configuring, integrating, and governing.
Helpful Additional Skills/Experience:
Ability to manage integration development projects and new onboarding projects.
Experience in the trucking, ocean carrier/port operations, distribution, or other logistics/transportation industry.
Proficiency in developing .NET applications supporting EDI, API, and other integration processes.
Experience with .NET (C#) framework or Java (1.8 or better) is a plus.
Proficiency in writing SQL scripts for data analysis and reporting efforts.
Experience with Dell Boomi or other enterprise middleware tools.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
Experience with Agile project management lifecycle and SCRUM methodologies is advantageous.
