about our rotation program:

The fairlife Operations Rotation Program is a two-year, full-time program to provide practical experience in a variety of functions within a fast-paced, consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. The primary focus during the Rotation Program will be within Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Each participant will spend one year in Goodyear, AZ and another year in Coopersville, MI (initial job site location is based on current business need). Willingness to relocate is required for consideration. Participants will complete three to four rotations during their two-year program, based on interest and business need.

job purpose : The Operations Rotation Program will provide trainees with four critical operations experiences over a two-year period in supply chain, engineering, and operations, to prepare for future operations leadership positions.
