YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR LICENSED PT ASSISTANT

This part-time therapy assistant position works 18 hours a week during the day.

As a Licensed PT Assistant, you have the opportunity to work directly with our members and provide them with the necessary treatment and support. You work closely with our Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and ensure that each member receives the care they need. But that's not all! You also play a crucial role in training our Day Habilitation Aides and Residential Supporters, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to carry out support programs effectively. Your expertise in areas such as range of motion, ambulation, and standing programs is put to good use as you guide and mentor our team. At Crystal Springs Inc., we value open communication and collaboration. You have the opportunity to provide regular feedback to the supervising therapist, keeping them informed of the progress and achievements of our Day Habilitation members. And don't worry about the paperwork – we've got you covered! Proper documentation is an essential part of your work, and you are responsible for maintaining accurate records, including monthly flow sheets and quarterly notes.
